IKB is about the renewal of the Human Spirit, the fire that burns in us all.

Our primary focus is on The Spirit. We are here to help facilitate our Transformation through the use of The Virtues into Beings of Light/Light Bearers/Beacons of Light.

On our “Self Care“ Page, we focus on health. We will share with you ways we come across that are natural and safe, to help manage our health. We need to get back to a healthy lifestyle, and use natural means to maintain it.

We are dedicated to a more peaceful lifestyle no matter where you live, and self-reliant ways of living that we will share with you on our “Simplicity“ Page. From Aquaponics to Tiny Houses, we have you covered.

We even have a “Things We Find Interesting“ Page, because you never know what idea or invention we find that may spark more.
